How to make payment for my purchase?
We accept credit cards payment and Alipay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All order confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
3. DELIVERY
Is there a delivery cost?
For orders over $400, free shipping will be offered.
For orders under $400, a delivery cost of $30 will be charged, and this will automatically be added to your total payment at checkout.
Delivery cost of $100 will be charged for all delivery to outlying islands, e.g. Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Lamma Island.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Purchased items will be delivered to you within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday.)
What will happen if no one is available at home to receive the parcel?
Don't worry! Your delivery will be left at your front door or with your security desk. We will send you an email when it is shipped. However, we do not take any responsibility of the purchased items after they have been delivered.
If you would like to take your parcel at a specific place, e.g. smart locker, you can click "add a delivery note" at the cart page when you check out, we will make relevant arrangement where possible.
4. CONTACT AND AFTER-SALE SERVICES
Can I return my items and get refund?
We highly value your satisfaction. If something is not quite right with your order, please feel free to email us at yoplusliving@gmail.com. We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not accept return other than quality issues.
