Exchange & Refund
We highly value your satisfaction. If something is not quite right with your order, please feel free to email us at yoplusliving@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we do not accept return other than quality issues.
We offer exchanges or refund only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange a full refund for any defective and incorrect products only if the returned products are in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.
Please note that we do not accept refund or exchange for the below reasons:
- Colour variance:We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see may vary depending on your device, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colors. Hence, we do not accept refund or exchange for colour variance.
- Item measurement:All item's measurements given are only approximate values to offer a better understanding of our products, and there is no definite guarantee on the actual measurements of the product you receive will be exactly the same.
- Change of preference:All ordered confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled or amended. We do not accept refund or exchange if there is a change of preference.
Procedure to Apply for Exchange or Refund
- Please contact us within 2 days upon receipt of products stating the reason of return or exchange. We only accept return or exchange of products after customers have informed us in writing of the defects.
- Please ensure the returned products are in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. The products should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.
- We will arrange for refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned products.
We reserve the right to the final decision of return or refund.
